Shipping

UK – we aim for all orders to be dispatched within 5 working days, they will always be sent signed for delivery.
Europe – we aim for all orders to be dispatched within 5 working days, they will always be sent tracked & signed.
Rest of World – we aim for all orders to be dispatched within 5 working days, they will always be sent tracked & signed.
Import charges – please note that the customer will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for the payment of redelivery.
When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Returns

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your order from nclgallery. However, if you would like to return the product we will happily refund you for your purchase (minus shipping costs) as long as the item is returned in original packaging and unused within 14 days of receiving.

Please email info@nclgallery.com and state the order number in the email subject, we will then give you instructions about your return.
