In the previous article Yeah! For ‘Ye’, we talked about Ye West and how he has inspired millions. Lately, we can see that Mr West has been wearing outfits exclusively from the hot-talked brand Balenciaga. He had been seen on a shopping spree recently carrying a couple of hefty bags from Balenciaga, of course.

He damn well makes sure that whoever he is with is in sync as well. We saw Kim Kardashian matching a Balenciaga’s body-hugging set that coordinated with the kids and daddy West during the Donda listening event.

Recently, we saw Ye with Julia Fox, his current lover who was wearing less-or-more clothing pieces and accessories from Balenciaga during their date nights. At this point, he loves Balenciaga like anything and it has become a part of his lifestyle, and the people around him are also drawn to it.

It’s not something recurring in the industry that some celebrity is seen wearing a brand solely time and again. Also, for Ye West who has his brand to push forward, it’s highly unlikely to just focus on a particular brand… except that there are some other motives involved?

Unless you’ve been living under the rock, you might have also heard about Balenciaga teaming up with Yeezy and Gap. Could this be it?

The creative director of Balenciaga, Demna Gvasalia who is also a good friend of Ye has come on board for this exciting project. More about Demna — He established the brand Vetements in 2014 alongside his brother and some friends, later he left the company to grow in his artistic career. Impeccably talented who creates magic with his mind, he has worked as a senior designer in Louis Vuitton and Maison Margiela back in the days.

Coming back to our discussion, we feel that the imaginative side of Ye bringing in the quirky and inclusive side of Balenciaga respectively with Gap together has a lot to offer to the table. The news has spread across the sphere at large. All of us are patiently waiting for what the collaboration is going out to be like. The new collaboration is named “Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga” and the first drop is set to be around June this year. As fascinating as it seems we cannot wait to see the synergy between the trios.

For Ye, his music, art, and fashion are the codes of authenticism. No matter what, he will try to bring out the best in whatever he chooses to do. Could wearing Balenciaga religiously be his tactic to promote the new collaboration? Or might just be the plain fact that it’s his preferred “go-to” brand. All we know is that it’s never too much ‘Balenciaga’ for Mr West. Let’s see what's in store for us. We are putting our bets on Balenciaga and the whole triunity this time for sure.
